Pink Poodles and Doodles LLC guarantee your puppy to be in good health, to the best of our knowledge and has been examined by our veterinarian before leaving our home. You must have your puppy examined by a licensed veterinarian of your choice within 3 days of purchase. If your puppy in opinion of veterinarian has any physical problems considered life threatening, We will provide you with a replacement puppy of equal value. If there are no puppies available, one will be provided to you from the next litter whelped. To make a claim you must return your puppy to our home within 7 days of purchase. Also provide a signed statement from your veterinarian providing date of examination and a explanation as to why the puppy is a poor health risk. The statement must include a description of symptoms supporting opinions. Then Pink Poodles and Doodles LLC veterinarian is to examine said puppy which breeder will pick up cost then the call will be made based on the opinions of the two veterinarian doctors.

Please note: There is no warranty against hypoglycemia, coccidian, viral bacteria infections, skin allergies, cherry eye testicles not decending. This agreement excludes any breed specific issues that are considered normal or common for chosen breed. Your Puppy has a 1 year limited warranty. Should the puppy die of a birth defect within 1 year of time of purchase, we will provide a replacement puppy back. To qualify for this warranty you must have kept the puppy under the care of a licensed veterinarian. The veterinarian must perform an autopsy at your cost and send a copy of all findings to Pink Poodles and Doodles LLC for review. The care must include all vaccinations recommended by the veterinarian. To make claim you must bring a signed certificate from the veterinarian stating cause of death and copy of all your puppy health records.

Failure to have puppy examined within 3 days of purchase contract is void. Failure to keep up on regular vet care contract is void. Guarantee is not valid in case of accidental death or injury.
